Mary Ann has been an integral part of the firm since 2006 and is excited about continuing her career as a partner with Nash Bean Ford and Brown. “I am looking forward to growing and evolving with the firm and my clients while continuing to focus on protecting families and my client’s dignity.”
Mary Ann is a lifelong Quad Citizen who was born and raised in East Moline and graduated from United Township High School in 1984. Mary Ann stayed in the Quad Cities and received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Augustana College in Rock Island. She went on to study Law at Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. After graduating Mary Ann went into private practice in 1992 in the Quad Cities. Since joining Nash Nash Bean and Ford in 2006 Mary Ann has helped countless families across Illinois and Iowa. Along with fellow Nash Bean Ford and Brown attorney Curt Ford, she has become of one the most respected attorneys in Illinois regarding her knowledge of Elder Law.
Mary Ann is ready to hit the ground running in 2017 and will be active in the law firm’s estate planning workshops in January in February. The January workshops specified for farm families will take place Tuesday, January 24th at the Oakview Country Club in Aledo and Thursday, January 26th at Lavender Crest Winery in Colona. The February workshops estate planning workshops focus on more general estate planning and also take place around the Quad City area. The firm will have workshops on Thursday, February 16th at Stoney Creek Inn in Moline, Tuesday, February 21st at Lavender Crest Winery, and Wednesday, February 22nd at the Wisdom Financial office in Geneseo. Mary Ann will be presenting at both sweeps along with fellow partner Curt Ford and associate attorney Ben Young.
